Boedicea, Queen Elizabeth I and Queen ElizabethII, Maggie Thatcher? It seems like British women leaders make better decisions

Definitely, and you forgot Queen Victoria.

The reason is that if a man is in charge, other men sit back and do nothing. But if a woman is in charge, they know it's a recipe for disaster (they think), so they put in a lot of extra effort to make sure it doesn't happen.

Certainly the 'glory days' of England are considered to be the Elizabethan ages, where England's navy created for it a hold over the rest of Europe that developed into a kind of superiority over the Western world and the Victorian era, where Britain continued to reign supreme over Western culture and civilization and where many social and technological developments (including the Industrial Revolution) were made that secured Britain it's proto-NWO 'super power' status.

As for Margaret Thatcher, you seem to forget that unemployment was rife under her government and that the fragile infrastructure of the country was crumbling (including massive garbage strikes that left the streets of London piled high with rubbish and fickle power and television services that seemed to function with a mind and will of their own). English punk rock was even created under the Thatcher government as a kind of social revolt at the condition of English society and the fact that the youth of the day thought that their elders (and Thatcher government) had buggered up the country so badly that there was "no future".

No leader is immune from making bad decisions, it's only that some famous English female rulers have managed to keep most of the country together and stable enough for advancement.
