under these circumstances you need to tread lightly,
many problems could arise for YOU, and no one would help you out,
you need to get him to understand it would be better for everyone to just get a peaceful quick divorce, if he says no, ask him who IN the DEPARTMENT that you can talk to about your feelings..again be careful...
other than what you mentioned, and what I suggested
you may have to just kick back and live low
unhappy but alive ....sorry.
talk it out with him if you can
good luck
and
God Bless

Are you married, or not? If you're not and the residence you live in is yours, then why can't you ask him to leave? I guess the thing you need to consider are: are you better off with or without him? Weigh the pluses/minuses. If you and your daughters would be happier without him, then that's your answer right there.
If he's a bully and thief, then those two reasons alone would be good enough for me. When you say you're not a "cop caller," perhaps depending on the situation, you ought to be. But when you do call, and they come, and if there's physical/emotional abuse that's happening, and you choose to remain in the relationship, the law frowns on that and will not take future calls seriously.
Only you can make the final decision based on whether your life is miserable enough with him in it.

Personally, I'd have to "roll". You said that he won't leave. This indicates to me that YOU CAN. There is no way that I would stay with someone that I didn't love or respect. Life is too short and you're missing out on a lot of potential happiness. If your daughters are as cool as you say they are, they'll understand. I believe it is better for children to be with one parent than two who don't get along. Make sure that you are both involved in their lives, though. They still need the both of you. But like I said earlier, it's time for YOU to go. Best wishes, Deb.

umm...so has he changed from when you first met him? Apparently he was OK to have 2 daughters with, so I am curious about what is different now. At any rate, I would be honest with him and tell him you don't have feelings for him, and then one of you needs to leave. That's the only way I know of.
