get a optical mouse it will solve your problems. But then they might start rearrangeing your keys on your keyboard. Which can be a not so funny joke when trying to type passwords

It's usually just a silly prank that kids do for no reason at all. Other times they do it at school to try to get out of work.
There is no real reason it's just one of those strange things kids do.
