Well the amount or even an estimation is unkown. So many have died and Iraq does not have a reliable counting measure. Some speculate 150,000-200,000 Women and Children.

What's interesting is now that Our American Soldiers are over there helping the Iraqi's achieve a democracy, The Libs are all concerned with how many people are dying over there.

You know that there are no reliable statistics on this collateral damage and that women and children are not targeted except by the insurgents. It is clear that you are not asking a question but making a political statement.
My answer to you is that many more women and children would have died except for the efforts of the American forces.
