It's an original Sublime song.

This site lists all their cover songs (and they did have quite a few). What I Got was not one of them.
Smoke Two Joints is a cover though, which is surprising as it sounds like something Brad would write....... It is not a Bob Marley original, like Jonny below suggests. It was by a group called The Toyes.

You make think it sounds familar because it's a rip off of a Beatles medley Lady Madonna. The chorus was borrowed from a song called "Loving" by Half Pint but I had to look that one up. So I would not say it was orginally composed by them. They copied other people's songs!
