Ah, confession is good for the soul. Red juice is killer. It depends on what is the comforter made out of? I would spot clean it with COLD water and Oxyclean if you have it. Or Spray and Wash. And keep off your moms bed!

Soak the blanket in cold water. (Not the whole thing, just the part with red juice on it.) DON'T try to wash it. Get her to do that.
Then make your mom supper and clean the kitchen or something.

Launder it immediately if possible. Pre-treat the stain. Don't put it in the dryer until you check to see if all came out. Re-launder if necessary. If you can't wash the whole thing immediately, thoroughly wash the stained part in the sink or bathtub. Use dish soap or laundry soap. Rinse it well and launder ASAP.

mix white vinegar with water, put it on a paper towel and blot the comforter with it.
