Gonzales advised the lil bushy as Commander in Chief that the United States Constitution does not apply to his actions and he could declare the Geneva Conventions inoperative ("quaint" he stated). As Attorney General of the United States his endorsement of the Bybee/Yoo Memorandum approved a definition of torture so vague and evasive as to declare it nonexistent.

He has supported the vitiation of the US Constitution and states that the Judiciary should ignore Constitutional laws whenever lil bushy chooses to commit treason or subverts the laws and the Constitution of the United States

He posits that a state of war is a blank check that grants unlimited powers to the president and that as Attorney General no longer recognizes the role of the courts in our system of government in regards of any issue that the neo-cons state are national security.

Is Alberto Gonzales unethical conduct while in office as Attorney General unacceptable as our Nation's chief law enforcement officer?

First you should have respect for the office reguardless of what you think of him. If he or any others was outside of the law the dems would have started an investagation. I see none. The supreme court would have jumped in. They are not all Rep.. It just takes one. I see none. The Dems are throwing the talking points out there and Ignorant people like your self are repeating them. You have shown me no facts, no proof just allot of words that don't mean anything without the facts so come back later and try again.
