YES: The salesman does not know his product. If he did he would know the level of sales may be small at the beginning but the market is huge.

No I would not, because i have already invested money on this by organizing this trip. I will inspire him on not to give up and allocate incentives for him, if he still wants to come back i will ask him to collect information about nairobi and local people so I can use this for my business.
