whether your parents are proud of you or not?

Whether they take pride or not, if I uphold my part of the bargain by honoring them, I get the blessing. And sometimes they are really proud but never tell you. Parents are people first. Means they have human traits.
But if you do things to bring honor to their name or their (God forbid) memory, that makes the biggest difference, even if they don't see it or acknowledge it.

Both of my parents are gone now.I cared if they were proud. I still do and I think they are.

They are deceased Parents, brother, sister-in-law.
But I care a lot.

I don't care in the least bit because when you do care that makes you do stupid things to try to impress them and itll make you become a goody-goody and no one really wants that
