Okay my friend did this to this girl. Me and my friends went to Reno and we went to the mountains to ski and snowboard and junk. One of my friends saw this girl and they talked for a while and then me and my friends saw him pull down his pants and pee her name on the snow. Is this nasty of romantic?

If she has a really good (and I mean good) sense of humor, she might find it kind of flattering. But I think most girls would think, "What the hell?" It might also depend on their conversation: were they flirting with each other or did they not hit it off?
