bottled water ........................................??

Question

well i have had this bottled water outside for "about" 2 weeks now but its "not" opened right?? well its not frozed shouldnt it b frozed even tho its "not" opened and its been like very cold weather out live in OHIO n its been outside this whole time in snow now i know if u put opened water it will freeze but this has not yet 2 freeze so explane this 2 me? why isnt it frozed??
