Take a big person-sized cardboard box, cut out the bottom (to slip into it), cut out holes on the sides for her arms to go through & a big hole in the top for her head. While it's not on her (of course) paint the front, back & left side one color (blue? dark red? black?)...that will be the book cover. On the right side paint it white with a bunch of thin black stripes so it looks like a bunch of pages. (Don't forget to paint the little half cirles for the indents where a letter starts.) On the front take some gold paint & paint "Webster's Dictionary" in nice letters & there you go...very simple, quick & easy. It shouldn't take too long...unless you've got a thick coat of paint on it. Have fun & good luck! :-)

-first take the cardboard and make a box like a shape closed sides(make sure the box can fit into the body through a hole). so that when u wear it the hands should be inside the book shaped box.
-Then attach a thin cardboard in the front of the book(this looks as if the book is open)
- then, take xerox with the Alphabet A from the dictionary with the big size font and stick it on the front of the book.
- then add some more effects to look like a real dictionary

Print the front and the back of a dictionary on transparency film. Borrow, buy or rent an overhead projector ( the school might let you use theirs ) Project it on foam core board and paint it. Attach shoulder straps (like you are making a sandwich board). Slip on the child and make any adjustments for proper fit. Attach with ribbon, or such, at the sides to hold the front and back together.

She could take words from the dictionary, along with their defintions and adhere them to unicolor outfit(brown or black, like the "average" dictionary). Use a wordy kind of font with serifs, like an old typewriter font.
