Whats the best European country for an American to live in?

I love the U.S., but think I need a change. I'm looking to find a European country to settle in. Preferably, one with a gorgeous landscape, friendly people, substantial employment, and of course lovely ladies. Any ideas, anyone?

Spain. Friendly people, wonderful country, and lots to see and do.

France is good, but not for employment.

Central European nations, such as the Czech Republic, are fantastic.
