its suposed to be the biggest park and mall under a canopy.
its goin to be built in syracuse new york. when is it goin to start construction and howlong is it goin to take?? and did pyramid companies win the legal battles??

I live in Syracuse, NY...and this controversy has been ongoing for years now! First it's a go..then it's not...then they hire many many people with astonishing salaries... then they lay them all off... I don't know if it will ever get started. There are steel beams going rusty, sitting across the street from Carousal Mall, (the Mall that is suppose to be expanded)...they have been sitting there for a couple years now...just waiting. So, the answer to your question, who knows if it ever will.

It can take about a year and a half to 2 years to build it under construction.
