to make a better person you would have to remember that what you do or say could hurt someones feelings and make you feel guilty, so try to be polite unless they try to make you miserable.also treat all people or aminals the same as you would like to be treated.

You are human whether you like it or not. You can become more HUMANE by the way you treat others, that is other human beings and animals down to the smallest bug. You can also become a better human being by the way you treat others. The best way is to treat everyone, as you would wish that they treat you. Forgive those who mistreat you (if you can) and love all others irrespective of their colour creed or social standing.

It's hard but very self rewarding. Take care.............

To become more human a person could:

1) Remember to walk this life thinking he or her will be leaving it behind tomorrow. Therefore, prepare your path daily. as though you are going on vacation and prepare your bed neatly. Your going away present to others will be kindness, compassion, understanding, tolerance, love and care.

2) Contemplate daily on submersion of the ego, and its egotistical ways. Our ego creates a mental illusion that you we will be on earth forever, causing our selfish actions of anger, greed for money, racism, hunger for power, hatred and destruction, resentment of others, separation of siblings, and loved ones.

Surpress the ego within ourselves, and we will find and spread peace, happiness and tranquitlity.

Do everything as if you were being watched over by a higher power, like GOD. Think, say and do everything harmoniously. Be aware opportunities where you could make a change for the better- and act upon them.

You must conquer and master your animal passions-- the side of you that is more like an ape must be tamed. We are all faced with this challenge. Then your emotion will not cloud your reason.

Being human is a trait human beings are born with. We can't lessen or expand that property. We can become less ignorant, and try to helps others, but that doesn't make us more, "human". So, in short, your question doesn't make any sense.

What seperates us from animals is our ability to love, to have compassion, to care about each other and our environment. Animals survive on instinct. We can reason and make choices and decisions and hopefully they are good ones.
