Purchased 2 tickets on Ebay to see The Killers in concert. I paid 250 Euro for them. They arrived in time , 1 day before the concert. Long story short - the concert was cancelled

Ticketmaster were advising that ticket holders would get a full refund from their point of purchase, i.e. credit cards would be refunded, or if you had purchased the ticket at an outlet you would have to return to the outlet in order to get your money back.

ANyway this meant that the only way i could get money back was through the person that I'd bought the tickets from.
So i contacted them and ask if they would be able to offer me any kind of a refund.
SHe gave me the run around for days and days and eventually she decided that the concert being cancelled was my 'tough luck'.
I had asked if i could be refunded the face value of the tickets which she would have got back from ticketmaster anyway (€100), but she said no, and kept my full €250.And chances are got a refund too......

Opinions?

i've been onto ebay, while they sympathise with me, they basically said there's nothing they could do.

Raised a dispute with Paypal, after 2 wks they emailed me saying there was nothing they could do.

Rang ticketmaster, while they sympathized with me there was nothing they could do either.

So i ended up with 2 tickets to a cancelled concert, a bucketful of sympathy and a gaping hole in my pocket. :(
I left negative feedback, but she then responded with negative feedback for me too! So its a vicious circle.

What u are complaining about man??? First of all, she did her part in the transaction, u paid, she delivered the item/service ON TIME which u paid for. Second of all, u must take under consideration all the possibilities if u buy such an item/service on online-auction, and it is in YOUR interest to find out what is the policy in particular case BEFORE the purchase, so you can avoid exact situation as u are describing it right now. Your only point of recourse is in the item description. Unless the item/service description mentioned "no returns", u have basis to argue, otherwise she's clear like a tear. Or the simple solution is why u can't take the tickets to the TM and ask for refund???

If the seller obtained the tickets legitimately she should be able to claim a refund. I don't think it would be unreasonable of her to take the tickets back from you and refund you at least the face value - she's still making on the deal.

If she's refusing to co-operate there's not a great deal you can do, you bought and she supplied in good faith - a price was agreed and she kept her side of the bargain by supplying the tickets.

Unless there was some sort of breach of contract you're stuck. If it took longer to supply the tickets than specified, if you ended up paying more than was originally agreed etc then you have some form of redress against her otherwise there's not much you can do other than threaten to leave negative feedback and report her to eBay.

My honest opinion would be to turn her in to ebay. She should have to refund the ticket price that you paid for it! Or else offer some type of refund! What you can do is put your cl;aim into ebay... Go to your my ebay page, and click on file a dispute, and if you went through paypal put your claim in there as well... They will do whatever they can to resolve your case in a timely efficient manner. I had that happen to me (not with tickets), but with a purchase and I got a refund back! GOOD LUCK HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!

Wig a million suits extra effective (with both the colour and the type). Wig 2 is somewhat too brilliant and would not have an same structure. because Wig a million is a softer colour, it would want to seem extra organic than the second one one. Cosplay is about bringing the characters to existence, so that you want to appear like the nature yet at the same time you want it to be sensible.

you can report her, can't you?
i'd try calling Ticketmaster with the situation, your luck may turn and you'd be able to send them the tickets or something for at least some money back.

sorry this happened to you though.
