It really depends on how you define President and during what period.

From Indpendence in 1824 to the Empire, 24 different individuals served as President of Mexico. The most prominent are Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, Pedro Maria de Anaya and Benito Juarez.

There were 4 more individuals who served as president during the Reform Wars (1857-1861).

Between 1867, when Benito Juarez became President (again) and the end of the Mexican Revolution in 1920,
15 more individuals served as President of Mexico. The most prominent was Porfirio Diaz (by far), whose dictatorship
led to the Revolution. So that takes us to 44.

Since the Revolution, there have been 18 presidents since Alvaro Obregon

1920-1924Alvaro Obregon (Laborist)
1924-1928Plutarco Elias Calles (National Revolutionary Party; PNR)
1928-1930Emilio Portes Gil (PNR)
1930-1932Pascual Ortiz Rubio (PNR)
