I see obstacles as challenges.
Challenges build character and allow us to measure ourselves against some known standard we're attempting to achieve.
Challenges are to be overcome.
For me, that's accomplished through practice, hard work, dedication, focus, teamwork, and a good deal of positive energy.
I know I've only grown when I've looked for obstacles or been challenged in some way.

Well, I see an obstacle has a block in the road that I need to get around or go over, but yeah every obstacle is disguised as a stepping stone.

To be honest, I only see it as a stepping stone when I've passed it.
