My boyfriend and I have discovered a passion for cooking - we went from being restaurant / take-out people to confident, adventurous chefs! We both love food, love to eat and experiment with new and different ingredients. Before we got into our kitchen capers he was a somewhat picky eater - not really picky, but wary of new things. He's a very mechanical, scientific, analytical guy who was convinced that anything that went on in the kitchen beyond microwaving or heating up frozen pizza was too hard, but we've been at it for a few months, completely redesigned my kitchen, and discovered a world of great, fun recipes!! Try it out & have fun.

for warm weather, white water rafting is great. camping and hiking too.
