How the channel call in Toronto that airs ABC?

Not sure what you mean, but I'm from Toronto (now in North Carolina), but I know that the Canadian networks like CH, CTV that are airing the same show as an American network, can put their signal over it, so then you see the local commercials, not the ones from Buffalo or Detroit signals.
