After my first baby, my breasts went so soft because when my milk came in (all at once) it changed my size up 3 sizes.. so yes i did get stretch marks.. but I want to know some options for lifting and/or firming them up any if at all- safely, not cosmetic surgery. Is there any thing I can put on my skin, or can a doctor put somthing on them to give back elasticity?
I am soo bumbed about it.. becasue there are no other options I know of.. Please Help!! :(

So what about those firming creams for the aging women for the face a nd neck? If I got a realy expensive one, surely if they help an older womens sagging skin on her face- it would slightly do the same for breasts?
If anyone knows about these creams, and if they work let me know

The only options there are you have shot down (a la "not cosmetic surgery").

Working out will not help that much, if any. Surgery would be the way to go.

Exercise is probably the only way. Breasts themselves are actually just fat, and have no muscle. But the pectoral muscles behind the breasts can be strengthened with exercise. (check any exercise book or go on line to find exercises) Exercising the pectoral muscles will help your breasts appear to be more lifted. Of course, exercise isn't going to make a change over night. Since you're already a C cup, make sure you're wearing a proper, supportive bra. Try an underwire bra to see if you like the result. They're much more comfortable than they sound! Trying to get by with a skimpy bra with thin stretchy straps is only going to make your breasts sag even more. You're very lucky ... full support bras today are just as attractive as others. Years ago, they were ugly and uncomfortable.

Get a good bra. There isn't much else. Keep the skin moisturized, not that it'll really do anything.

However, keep in mind that your breasts probably aren't that much softer. It's very difficult to measure this stuff, and since your breasts would have been bigger/firmer during pregnancy and lactation, you probably aren't comparing them with your pre-pregnancy breasts anymore.

For a stretch marks , you can use topical almond oil (but you must use it for long period)
For your breast, to be firming, i don't think that there is a way to make that
but if you want anything for enlargement and increase milk , you can eat fenugreek and black seed (Nigella), they are a herbal care which considered as very safe and natural too

I'm afraid exercising and building up the chest muscles will only help so much. Nothing short of plastic surgery will truly change them back to their prior state.

Good Luck!

Building your pectoral (chest) muscles with pushups and weights may help to make your breasts appear firmer. And get a good bra. I can't say enough for good supportive undergarments. :)

Sorry, I really don't think there is anything you can do. You could try the pec deck at the gym to "frim them up"

MOST WOMEN HAVE THIS PROBLEM AFTER BEING PG. JUST GET A GOOD UPLIFTING BRA AND BEND OVER WHEN PUTTING IN ON AND PUT YOUR BREAST IN THE BRA, REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE.
