What does my "horoscope" (re: astrological forecast) really tell me?

Let's just look only at my sun sign: Virgo. Okay, so Pluto is completing a 12-year transit of my 4th house or roots, home and family, and a good use of this energy is resolving any long family transformations or settling down in a new home for a while. Jupiter is there until 2008, so you might be buying stuff for a new home or have luck resolving long-standing family issues.

Saturn is completing a 12th house transit that started in June 2005 and ends in Sept 2007. It's time to toss out things that don't work, not a good time to keep secrets, put old karma to rest. When Saturn enters your first house in September, it's time to get serious about your image and leave the past behind. Now is the time to prepare for that new 30-year karmic cycle.

Neptune is in the 6th house: May have some difficulty with established routines or establishing new ones (until 2012, work and routines are fluctuating)

So essentially, my forecast tells me that there are suprises in my relationships, that my relationship to family or my "roots" is completing a major transformation, and that sometimes I may have difficulty establishing routines or old routines may be disrupted. All other transits are kind of fleeting and thus inconsequential.

You don't just pay attention to your sign only ..I believe that the most characteristic thing is your ascendant . It says your appearance! And after 40 years , all people definitely become into their ascendant by characteristically. (Ascendant sign is the Sun's position when you were born) And i am not sure how to say in english , it must be "moon sign" which means the Moon's position when you were born. Your moon says your feelings.
Your sign , ascendent and moon ; houses etc.. If you can understand the astrology , then you'll see your destiny. People , just have a wheel chart and compare! Our destiny is on the stars ...

I read them in the morning and then live my day not thinking about it. When i get home from work and i am reading the newspaper, i will come across my horoscope. Then i will see if it matches my day. So to answer you question, not all the time

its funny because the majority of people tend to belive in them when its something good and somethig similar to what the horoscope said actually "sort of" happend to them.....besides that....i'll say horoscopes could be true up to some extend.....but do not expect the best out of them. Horoscopes is just an other invention of entertainment..

horoscopes are mostly for entertainment. and most of those in the newspapers or magazines are so vague that they could apply to ANYONE.
Having said that......i read my online horoscope one day. it said that i would get good news of a raise.
Turns out, i got promoted that day (which came with a raise...). Maybe that was just luck!

Yes I actually believe in my horoscope. I am a cancer and they say cancers are emotional. You know what? I am very emotional! I am not telling you to believe but I do. Just believe in your heart.
