My brother is 9 years old and has ADHD. He has a friend over sometimes who is also really annoying. They are extremely immature and he sometimes comes over when my mom tells him not to, and wont leave. They are both a lot of trouble and wont stop bothering me. How can i get this kid to leave for good without calling my mom?

ADHD - doesn't make you a loser - and it has nothing to do with annoying you. your a sister - brothers annoys sisters. it's simple like that.
if you react, he want's to do it to you more. they look for reaction, and your giving it to them. you have to show your not bothered by it.
further it depends on how they are bothering you. if your in your room and he's there - lock the door.
beyond tying him up (which will get you punished), you'll have to tell on him.
oooor..... if your into make up and make overs - grab him and dress him up into something pretty. take pictures and threaten with them. spray perfume on him (provided he's not allergic). anything girly...

That is rude, you shouldn't call your brother a loser.
But you can get rid of his friend by finding out his parents phone number and calling them.

i would just leave them alone and let the parents talk care of them. i would also ignore them, go into my room , and lock the door.
