i got this friend who is from there and he's always trying to tell me what to do. sometimes it seems like he talking down to me. i was just wondering if it was just him or if they really do that.

no they are not like that,i,ve been with some who are the opposite of what your describing.my father was from pr and he was very mean and bossy to me lovely mom.it all depends cause sometimes is how they are raised,what they see they copy at adulthood.but i can honestly say there not all like that at all.if he keeps treating you like that take a stand and give him an alternative cause your not his daughter.lot,s luck sis.

Any man from anywhere can do that and be disrespectful. Sometimes latino men have the reputation of being male chaeuvanists and some of them are but most of them are not
