Beavis and ButtHead DVD's. Oh, he's already got those.... hmmmm. Maybe just give him a gift certificate to get his car detailed.

Dave and Busters is a huge gaming store that also has a bar/eating area. He be able to let loose and act like a kid again. If he likes games it's a great place to take him.

it would have to be compatible with his system. i guess you can ask him what types of things he's into. i'm sure he has a list.
a small digital camera is a nice thing to have, i have a Fuji F30 - small camera, good pictures, high iso. a new phone, or pda. it depends on what you want to spend.
