It is available on DVD from the BBC. I borrowed it from a friend. There are 4 episodes on the same DVD. The others were the escaped convicts who break in and find Harold and Albert worse off than them. All very funny.
I met Wilfred Bramble in the early 80s. He was always cottaging on Shepard's Bush Green. When they lost him in filming, they sent a minion out to find him!.
In real life a very dapper gent. Couldn't stand Harry H Corbett though. They hated each other.
Try CD Connection. Type in Steptoe and Son. They should have the DVDs.

Try Amazon or the BBC website. I'm pretty sure I've seen Steptoe on video.
