Boob Job Surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Umm.
Look in your phone book.
Or on Google.
For the cosmetic surgeon nearest you.
First of all, we don't know where you live.
Second of all, I don't want to really hear about this.
A lot of people have them these days, I personally think they're kinda nasty, I mean getting plastic put into your boobs... and they can go wrong and cause problems.

you have to talk to a plastic surgeon. they will walk you through it and explain the process. and its about 3000~4000 and up depending on the doctor and where your are in the country. just make sure you trust the doctor and you can see past work before you start. your paying good money make sure its worth it.

Look up Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in your phone book .
In Spartanburg SC .it runs around $6,000.00
Silicon makes you sick after awhile .and saline makes them harder then normal ,and what they don't tell you is they need to be replaced in 5 to 6 years .
Good luck
