then how does 750 mg fall in there? Is it more or less than 2 mg? How many milligrams will make a gram? I don't understand any of this.

Okay, a low sodium diet is typically less than 2 GRAMS, which are equivalent to 2000 milligrams (mg). That's how 750 milligrams falls in there - it's almost half of their daily allowance for sodium, but it's still within limits.

A diet with an intake of 2 mg of sodium is NOT possible.
It should be less than 2,000mg =2 grams
1,000 mg make a gram

You have 2 mg......and 750 mg.

Which is greater.....2...or 750?

A "mg" means milligram".....it means 1/1000 (one one thousandth). So...a whole grams will take 1000 of these mg's...........right?

1000 mg = 1 gram.

You should know about these kinds of things, but at least you're asking, and kudos to you for doing so.
