I want a Flat Screen Monitor. What computer do you recommend?

I decided to build a computer from scratch which turns out to be a lot cheaper than buying a computer off the shelf. Plus, If something were to happen to any of the parts in a pre-built pc, you would have to call Dell or whoever to get it fixed, which usually takes about 3 weeks. Try going to newegg.com. They have both pre-built computers and parts if you'd like to go in that direction. As for the monitor, I got a 20" widescreen ViewSonic monitor from Circuit City for about $300. It is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend it. But going a tad smaller to save some cash wouldn't be bad either. I'm not sure how much this will help, but it's at least a little advice :]

Dell's are pretty solid, just have to deal with pre-installed crap and you usually get a free flat screen upgrade
