Neither were scary. Although Wrong turn did have someone for you to focus your "fear" on. Cabin Fever was just a good movie about a weird sickness. The special effect is better in Cabin Fever, so that gets my vote. Barely

Wrong Turn is an awesome Movie...I can watch it over and over...I however did not like Cabin Fever, so the answer is Wrong Turn by far, better and Scarier in my opinion..

While they could both learn a lesson from Evil Dead 2, I would have to say Wrong Turn...cause the Cabin Fever thing could really happen....

Wrong Turn. Cabin Fever did not quite live up to it build up.

I'd say Wrong Turn, but I don't remember a rape scene. I might be wrong, but I think that guy mean The Hills have Eyes as the one with the rape scene, cause the storyline was similar to Wrong Turn.
