I don't know exactly how many cd's it sold..but I do know that his album debuted at #15 on Billboard and number 3 on rap charts..

John Cena has one Album. It's titled..well..duh..John Cena. It has a picture of the WWE Title on in. He used the WWE to promote 2 tracks: Bad, Bad Man and The Time is Now.

Why waste your time on John Cena?
He is nothing but eye candy for the girls and something for the kids to look up to. And for some odd reason rednecks seem to like the guy too. It pisses me off because when Mark Wahlberg looked just like Cena back in the 90s nobody said **** about him, now John Cena, his clone from the 90s seems to be getting all the pop.
If you like John Cena you should like Mark Wahlberg. The guy actually had better flow than Cena, and I bet you a mill that is who Cena looks up to as an aspiring rap artist. He probably sits in his room at night singing "You Got to feel the vibration." every night before he goes to bed.

Well, you need to sell 100,000 cd's to get any kind of recognition "such as silver, gold, platinum cd's" And as far as I know Cena didn't get any, not even a copperplated cd. LOL
