I really like this girl at work, the problem is that we're in seperate departments and mine does not deal with her's at all. My colleagues do not know her either.
We have made eye contact. When I looked at her as she passed my desk she ducked her head as she walked past-A GOOD SIGN?
Also I let her get in the lift before me(was quite packed) and she thanked me - again she ducked her head as she got in. She then smiled at me as the door shut.A GOOD SIGN?
when we were ALL in the lift another time,my mate missed the lift and I made a joke how he always leaves before us,but never catches the lift with us.(u had to be there)She started laughing and looked at me(made eye contact).She was the only one to laugh-A GOOD SIGN?
Any advice appreciated....
p.s oh-she only ducks her head if I'm looking at her, otherwise not.I don't stare and make it that obvious by the way

If she's smiling at you and laughing at your jokes she certainly likes you. But how much is anybody's guess including yours. Next time you see her in the lift say 'We have to stop meeting like this!' as a joke and go from there. You need to be asking questions to assess if she's spoken for already very subtley of course. I believe in the old fashioned way of paying a compliment. Tell her that her hair's nice or her top anything that lets her know you have noticed her without being too obvious. You will tell if she is flattered or not interested. Usually if she likes you she will pay a compliment back (not necessarily straight away) but you will get her thinking about you coz you said something nice about her. If she gives you a lot of eye contact it's a good sign. Talk about music you like or hobbies. If she's happy to keep a conversation running with you and lingering before going on her way you can be fairly sure you are in. Take it slow though, don't rush in too quick and ask her out too soon. Get to know her a little to make sure you like her personality as well as what you see on the outside. I hope this helps you and good luck. Email me and let me know how things go. Defenite yes she is into you make a move ask her out to coffee talk to her more often make her laugh make her feel comfortable around you maybe she will stop being so shy. Good luck. Wish you the best!

This girl clearly likes you - she appears shy though so don't be too full on. Next time she walks past you, wink at her - you'll soon know whether she fancies you too! Or you could ask her out for lunch/coffee - but whatever you do, don't talk/brag about it to your colleagues. I hope it works out!

it seems like she is shy and does like you, but doesn't know how to react to you. next time you see her at the lift, strike up a conversation - something like - we have to stop meeting like this, and laugh, hopefully, she will, too, then just say - instead of meeting like this how would you like to go for a cup of coffee. hope she says yes and you can both get to know each other. good luck.

yes i think thats a very good sign that she likes you why dont you talk to her and ask her out for a drink some time whens shes free
