its a part of puberty and developing
as this process goes along the skin gets oily and produces some kind
of chemical that causes pimples or zits or

It is all caused by hormonal changes in the body..................I do not think that food has a huge impact.
Just clean your face with tonic and lotions, might take a while finding the right one for you skin. Try to get samples if you can to see if the stuff works before buying it.

Nice math question. Don't eat fatty foods as more oils will be produced by your skin. Your diet however won't make that big of a differance anyway, keep your skin clean to avoid such horrors.
