Why won't perpetrators of racial injustice own up to the racial injustice they committed on the minorities and allow minorities to establish the rules of fairness and justice?
Who is better to establish and administer the rules and laws against racial discrimination, injustice, unfairness, and judicial enforcement than minorities?
It's obvious the culprits or the white counter parts have always administered the injustice, racial discrimination, and are the very race who have established anti-discrimination rules and laws mostly administered by whites.
Most of the anti-discrimination laws are administered by racist white judges who say one thing but practice another and always rule against the minority.
It seems the judicial system that was designed by the whites is mostly enforced by the whites who have never really let go of their bigotry and racial hatred. Of course they don't go around with a statement on their hats saying they are racists but indeed they still practice it

As long as you keep this subject of racial bias and prejudice on public mind, the subject will loom larger and larger. The instance of a simple action of abuse which in a few moments later could have been settled, the media is covering and the whole world gets to know. In the Shilpa Shetty case, the way the agressor girl handled the matter with so much of dignity and decorum, appears to be that Big Brother had stage managed the show just in order to get better public viewerage of the channel.
This racial bias and prejudice is not some monster weapon that has been pointed to all people of that race. As they say, you need two hands to clap. At the outset itself you are seeing only a racist and the defenseless victim. Who started the whole conflict, or does no one bother to see; what was the cause? Was it the black who initiated the action, and the white only retaliated? Straight it is taken as racial prejudice. Hear both side is Natural Justice. And I do not see how a Judge, just because he is white, ought to be prejudiced and biased. This is unfair even to society where without any concrete propositions, you have already judged, and plugged all the loopholes for a fair assessment using the unfair words "Racial prejudice". When it comes to a simple conflict, black verses white, why open the book straight to racial prejudice. This is prejudice in itself and is killing the world. Therefore the media has not to come in and influence public mind with a fallacious argumentem ad hominem using the word racial prejudice. Let the investigation complete, and if the alleged racist is proved to be a racist, punish him. If the fault is of the so called victim, let the law take its course.

Most of these so-called "racial injustice" charges are phony.

No apology necessary.

This is often the way that black people get attention. They know that they can conduct emotional blackmail by crying "racism" and make all the white people in the room jump.

When they do this, they're hurting their cause. Whenever there is a legitimate racial issue, white people will be so tired of blacks playing the race card that it will be ignored.

(Ever heard the story of the boy who cried wolf?)

I think after all the baby boomers die (approximately in 40-50 years) we can truely say racism between whites and blacks will disappear. Sure some will still be racist,, but not to an everyday occurrence. The kids of the Millennium Generation will not understand racism whites vs blacks. They won't necessarily understand the exstint of hetrosexuals vs. homosexuals, but there will be prejustice for a couple more generations on sexuality. I strongly think there will be racism in the work place vs. internationals from overseas inthe upcoming years. In particular Asians of communist countries, Indians, and other Nonwhite MiddleEasterns. And mayb the upcoming Hispanics from Mexico. I think the race issues between blacks and whites will disappear.

actually everyone is racist againts everyone. Iam actually more discrimnated against for being white at my school than anyone of any different race. And for some reason when an african american person is arrested for a crime they commited they blame it on the cop for being racist simply because they can get away with it that way. Let me ask you this have you ever seen a white man blame an african american cop of arresting him because hes racist? no and yet white people are arested all the time. i hate racism and i belive we are human beings. BOTTOM LINE racism needs to stop period

HAHA, the whining is funny. Honestly, what more could you want? Minorities have been given so much from this country. I disagree that white judges ALWAYS rule against minorities? Isn't that racial stereotyping against whites?

You know you had my support, until I read your entire ranting:

1) Black churches and other orgs. have programs for promoting educational, social, political, and responsible actions from the black communities at-large. The problem is the programs goes mostly unused by blacks of the inner city, except for those whom are serious in bettering themselves. Who's fault is it?

2) So who are you proposing to administer this justice you speak of? Black Panthers, Bloods, Crips....who?

3) I am Samoan with a black women at my side, and I love her heritage as well as she does mine, but, WE both do not agree with your mentality...sorry! The way to succeed in life is to set benchmarks and milestones for one self, and both myself and my women are professionals in our skills, and were products of low income housing projects. We have a business, a home, children, and am comfortable financially.

4) A person stuck on racism, is usually a racist themselves...the God's truth, I ain't lying I seen it!

By talking about how "white people" are always wronging "black people," and essentially lumping these individuals into racial categories, you're just as racist as those you're speaking out against.

Stop viewing people only in terms of race, and start looking at them as the individuals they are. If you see a problem, seek out the individual causing that problem- don't just blame it on the color of his skin.

Over apologizing is like flogging a dead horse... if it is apologizing for the distant past such as slavery or the Indians "a little over kill" time to move on and heal a little "you think"?... affirmative action is dead now the Caucasian white guy is the minority... thank you

Whine more.

Minorities are already given every advantage the system can offer. Suck it up and deal with your problems without blaming somebody else for your failings.
