a rope tied to a weight on one end and a thick dowel rod on the other. you roll the dowel and raise the weight up to you. this will build them and you can add a towel to any weight bar or pull up bar and grabbing the larger bar will help with grip strength and forearms. but to work forearms anything that makes you do the motion of twisting the grip on a motorcycle will give you some result

If you want big forearms. . .workout with heavy weights. It is proven that just carrying the weights and holding them does more than doing "forearm" exercises. . .

The spring grip exercises work well. . .but for massive forearms. . .it is just equal to time in the gym. . .

you'll be alright.

I think you'll go crazy worrying about your body that much. I think that learning a martial art is better than building your forearms, for the same amount of time spent.

Curl dumbbell weights and eat more protein that will help.
