it used to be three years but now its four years' your insurance company will ask for any convictions in the last five years.

It depends on your state, I know in NJ if you go 1 complete year with no violations they take 3 points off your license.

just about in all states now they keep these against your license for at least 5 years ,so you should see them start coming off around 09 ,or later ,they keep them a lot longer than they used to ,good luck.

Check with your states DMV to see if you could get some removed by going to drivers school. Sounds like you could use it anyway.

I think it is 3yrs to 5yrs from the time you got them but the insurance companies go back 7yrs.

all those offences will stay on your licence for 3 years from conviction.........may be a good idea not to get anymore
