I love Sergio Leone´s Spaghetti Western-films......my vote is Eastwood.

When it comes to westerns anytime the Duke!!! He was a far better actor than Eastwood!!!! Even in the filsm just before he died that were not really theold fashioned spagetti-westerns he was excellent. Think of True Grit for which he was nomited and I think won an Oscar. Excellent!!! Eastwood tried to impress by the look on the face and the slow speaking and being the strong silent type...................... no thank you, the Duke always

A good question. John Wayne was top box office movie star over twice as long as anyone else so he must be the best. You would go to see a JW film just because he was in it. However, Clint comes a close second.

It depends on what style of film you like.
I enjoy watching John Wayne's films over and over,but then again there's certain ones of Clint Eastwoods i can wach time and again.
