Congratulations on your house! If you live in California,it'll cost around thirty eight to forty thousand. Now that's with fancy extras.Like what kind of pool pump you get,If you want self cleaning,(A pool sweeper or do you want jets,)What kind of Heater,Do you know they have pool pumps that makes it's own chlorine now? The spa, and jacuzzi are the same.Get it on the side of the pool, not separate(which is what we have, and I hate it)Look into the idea of having some kind of roof over your spa, that's really handy. Some people pare cook the chicken. The boil it for fifteen Min's.That tastes good, what I do, is marinate the chicken overnight. You can make a marinade out of,a little oil, some type of acidity ,(lemon or lime juice, vinegar,)Than put whatever you want in it.Basil,Lemon peel,Onions,Hot peppers.Than I add, Bubble-up,or Orange soda, cola, sprite, and a little water.Cook it on medium and if you like BBQ sauce, add that when it's almost done. While your buying things for your new house, many, many times I wished I had a outdoor fireplace.I guess I have to build it myself if I want one!Bye.

If you are talking about a pool to swim in, it's not a good idea to put a pool in your yard. Apart from the upfront expense and the cost of maintenance, it will actually devalue your property.
