Lasting a LONG time in bed.?

Question

When I have sex with my girlfriend I Last a VERY LONG time. I mean she cums at least 3 times or more long before I do. The other night we had sex and I lasted 4 and a half hours before I came. It wasn’t my first time or anything, I’ve been with other girls and lasted a long time but never this long.

I’m sure there’s men out there thinking “I wish I could last that long” and women thinking that my girlfriend is a lucky girl and I’m not asking this question to boast about how long I last in bed, I want to know if there could be any medical reason why I last so long.

I understand how you mean, it gets to a point that it will get uncomfortable for the both of you if it doesn't end soon. Any woman who claims she wants a guy to go all night hasn't had one that actually can yet.
Anyway, the best tricks I have found is to figure out something that is of great stimulation. Having her make noises, talk dirty, help you visualize a fantasy, different positions that will rub you a certain way, etc.
You can also practice a series of tensing and relaxing (almost like Kegals) they can help you get there a little faster.
If all else fails, direct stimulation on the prostate will speed everything up.

To be completely honest its a myth that girls want someone who lasts a long time, its boring and theres also the chaffing problem, i would suggest that if your concerned its a medical prob, then see your gp. Do you use condoms? This may cause the sensation to be dulled, thus taking longer, if you are stressed, or your not feeling relaxed enough this can also cause this problem.
Maybe you should try and concentarte on foreplay alot more too this can help to relax you and make you more aroused.Hope i helped

It's good that at least you do come eventually, but they key to making it quicker is your own arousal, the more excited you can get the quicker you will come. Try anything that will get you excited, think of your fantasies during sex.
I don't think it is medical at all, but just a tip stay away from indulging in porn.

Try some different positions. Maybe the typical position you guys use doesn't give YOU enough stimulation.
