hmmm? Methinks silk is more appropriate.....hessian burned me last time i used it and nylon almost cut my wrists open......so be very careful!!! :)

When possible, silk rope is better than another other form, because it's easier on the skin when rubbing against it, and because it's less likely to tighted up or constrict on the person being tied up. Stay away from anything that will become difficult to untie if you pull the knots too tight, like scarves, ties or pantyhose. In case of emergencies, keep a set of medical safety scissors nearby so you can cut the person free if there's any problems, like numbness or tingling in their extremities.

I prefer cotton but then I also prefer chain to rope.

neither!Leave silk alone too-it's for amateurs.You can get decent cotton restraints/ties for that,or a decent chain and cuffs from any good sex shop!

Hessian is quite scratchy. Try silk scarves please.
