i think people are just overreacting, just because one person on TV is being stupid it doesn't mean everyone in the U.K. is racist, same with the U.S. people think everyone is like that here, which is not true. the prime minister shouldn't have had to apologize

Usually you cant tell the difference between racism, stupidity and ignorance, so yes, i'd say there was racism to SOME degree.
