I bought it today and they're like gel pills.....I dont know how to put it on my face, do I break them apart and take a q tip and just rub a lil bit on?

All you do is pop the center open put some on your finger tips and then gently smooth over the area where you want to apply the vitamin E. DID it come with the 800 # to call to check with a rep.?

Take a sewing needle or safety pin and puncture a hole in it. It will start coming out immediately so be forewarned. Then you can just keep mashing of the gel capsule until you get just about all of it out.

I do the same thing, just break them open and rub it on with your finger, but you an buy liquid vitamin E, its called Nutra-E and that works 10X's better and it is so much easier. You can usually buy it at any drugstore, I got mine at hy-vee... walmart probably has it to.

Poke a hole in the tip with a pin. if you break it it will get all over. then rub it in
