Wash all the cabinets with Pledge with Orange oil.Use a wet rag and spray the rag with the pledge.
Remove all things from inside the cabinets and replace shelf paper.Wash down the inside of the cabinet.Maybe with something that has an Orange scent.
Continue cleaning under the sink and make sure nothing is leaking.
Good luck.

Could the source may still be there? Perhaps, pull out the refridgerator, stove or any other appliances and clean really good behind them, same with the sink area, pull everything out and clean with a strong cleaner, like commet or whatever is on the market where you live, and scrub up under the sink and all the shelves, you might find one cigerette butt hiding somewhere causing all the smell. Oh, one thing I just remembered, if your kitchen backs up to your neighbor's kitchen the smell could be coming from the holes where the pipe is, if they are smoking next door, find some caulk and fill up those holes where the pipes go through, that happen to me one place I lived.

If you rent you don't have many options other than heavy duty deodorizing cleaners and putting shelf paper under the sink to cover the exposed wood inside. If you don't rent you may need to paint the cabinets inside and out. If all else fails try leaving a strong deodorizer under the sink and keeping it closed for a while. If your are not smokers you probably just notice the odor more and it is probably not that bad.

There’s something about vinegar that gets rid of smoke smell. Because the smell of smoke is caused by the leftover resins and tars, vinegar (an acid that cuts through resin and tar) is a great way to clean those surfaces that aren’t made of fabric, and perhaps, some that are fabric. I know what you’re thinking; vinegar doesn’t smell much better than smoke. Well, that’s true, but the smell of vinegar eventually diminishes, cigarette smoke doesn’t.

use clorox wipes - wipe down all the cabinets; getting a new wipe often after every 2 cabinets. when you are done- do it again . keep going until the brown residue from the smoke is gone.this is what i done when we moved into our house where people had smoked and it really does help! as for under the sink do the same thing wipe down every inch with clorox wipes- then get you some cotton balls and soak them in vanilla extract and put them under your sink that will help absorb the oder and get rid of it , also put you 1 box of arm & hammer baking soda under there - it gets rid of oders as well - i have done all of these things - i hope you find them helpful !!!

Ozone is the way to go for a 110% non-recurring solution and unlike aerosol products is not harmful to the atmosphere!
Ideally rent an industrial ozone generator that is often similar in appearance to a floor standing fan heater and is sometimes used in hotels to get rid of smells particularly tobacco.
Better still worth every penny, I'd kill to keep my fresh smelling sterilised bug free clean home, you will once you have rented one likely want to own one! It will always keep your home smelling like a fresh mountain stream bacterially sterile and bug free! As a precaution during use don't forget to turn off the pumps on fish tank equipment or remove the tank from the room if possible since the fish need oxygen too!
It will kill all odours and also sterilise the room killing all insects and more than 95% of bacteria, including the notoriously virulent strains of super bug MRSA, much more so than disinfectant ever can hope to, and gets into anywhere that air can since it is a gas. It will penetrate everything in the room so open all cupboards, close windows and seal doors. These machines are often used to sterilise the air in surgically clean areas such as hospitals!
It will in a sealed environment or room replace the air by recycling the Oxygen O2 and adding an extra electron turning it into ozone O3! Sustained exposure to ozone is harmful to animals including humans (ask any professional welder!) so have a timer and you may if in a hurry need to open all doors and windows after treating a rooms.
If you have air conditioning and ventilation ductwork it is the most reliable and easiest way to sterilise the ducting and mechanisms. Although ozone is poisonous to humans it is nevertheless safe because it quickly loses the extra electron and decays back into 100% oxygen leaving no residual waste product whatsoever :) This is why the units have a timer to switch them on and off so that the oxygen has returned by the time you do and windows can be opened if you are in a hurry to use the room.
You will find that after treatment the room will have a very long-lasting fresh smell often many weeks, you certainly will never need another aerosol when you own one of these!
The air is now very fresh like cool snow capped mountain air and you should take the opportunity to use it in all of your rooms and in the car too! If practical use it to sterilise and freshen the freezer, refrigerator and anywhere that has mildew and dampness, it will kill all mildew and fungal spores and also is the very best treatment for outbreaks of fleas including hidden and dormant fleas larvae that can live for around seven years waiting for a host!
I include links below with useful technical articles and suppliers but you will need to Google for “Ozone Air Disinfectant” or Sterilisation in your area.
A powerfully oxidizing allotropic form of the element oxygen. The ozone molecule contains three atoms (O3). Ozone gas is decidedly blue, and both liquid and solid ozone are an opaque blue-black colour, similar to that of ink. See also Oxygen.
Ozone has a characteristic; pungent odour familiar to most persons because ozone is formed when electrical apparatus produces sparks in air. Ozone is irritating to mucous membranes and toxic to human beings and lower animals.
Ozone is a more powerful oxidizing agent than oxygen, and oxidation with ozone takes place with evolution of more heat and usually starts at a lower temperature than when oxygen is used. In the presence of water, ozone is a powerful bleaching agent, acting more rapidly than hydrogen peroxide, chlorine, or sulphur dioxide
Ozone is also utilized in the treatment of drinking-water supplies. Odour- and taste-producing hydrocarbons are effectively eliminated by ozone oxidation. Iron and manganese compounds, which discolour water, are diminished by ozone treatment. Compared to chlorine, bacterial and viral disinfections with ozone is up to 5000 times more rapid.
Hope this helped as this is without doubt if you have the readies, the best way to go do not however waste your time with tiny battery operated mountain stream air ioniser room fresheners, which generate ozone in smaller quantities than vacuuming your house will! All motor driven electrical goods with brushes and commutators generate ozone and those battery air fresheners are a waste of money just turn on the vacuum cleaner! lol
