First. Don't believe dreams have hidden meanings - it's utter nonsense. Ask anyone who actually researches dreams (and I don't mean Freudians whose careers rely on perpetuating this garbage).
2 possibilities - he made it up because he wants to say in a face saving way that he wants to have sex with you. Maybe to lead to a relationship, maybe as a fun thing on the side for both of you.
OR
He's telling the truth in which case his dream reflects what he has been thinking of while awake - so he thinks about having sex with you but may or may not want that to become a reality.
IMHO - have sex with him if you want but on-off relationships are a bad idea - it was on-off for a reason. And how likely is it that you've grown together through being apart? Use him as a booty call but no more : )

My goodness, this is rather transparent. What's up is he's coming on to you. He may be in another relationship, but he's been thinking about what it would have been like to have sex with you, and now he wants to find out. Unless you're the kind of person who is into sex for sex's sake, this doesn't sound like a good idea, especially since you are supposedly being loyal to your current boyfriend.

eh, there is a fine line between friendship and a platonic friendship amoung ex boyfriends. i feel like his dream is first off all a possble lie, even if its not, its definatly inappropriate to talk to you about it seeing he has a gf and you have a bf. if you are happy with your bf then tell him that its not appropriate for him to talk to you like that. i think that he isn't over you 100% and has possibly made this story up to see your reaction. he definatly doesnt seem happy with his current gf if he is saying these things to you.
