I live in a house constructed in 1913 and it is in a neighborhood that is in the National Historic Registry. There is a local historic commission to which we must present any changes and maintenance for approval.

I am not aware of any grants specifically available for such structures. However, there are funds available through local Block Grant Funding and you should be able to find out about it through your city council. I wouldn't get to excited about it because such monies have a trend line of reducing in total monies available and the competition for them increases.

You might check into the history of your structure and see if any organization has a connection to it.
