Probably not. First issues tend to be worth a lot, as do extremely popular or rare issues. Without that, they tend to be worth the cover price or less. Sorry.

Edit: I don't suppose it's Amazing #149, is it? Not worth much on its own, but in mint or near-mint as part of the complete storyline (Amazing #141-151)...

Random comics have no value.
However if it's the first of something.. i.e first appearence of one of Spider-mans popular villains it may be worth up to about £100.. but it's a long shot.
If you really want to know for sure find a seller on ebay who sells alot of this kind of thing and ask them.
