depends on what your doin where your goin etc. i like sparkles so sparkly purple is what I'd say but its seriously up to you

Pictures would be helpful, and so would knowing the occasion. Basic black is always nice, although velvet can be a bit heavy. Purple is very hot right now, and a little sparkle is good. Just be careful that it's not too over the top. Green silk sounds nice, but just make sure that you can pull that shade of green off. Hope that helpd : )

purple is becoming a thing in the past for dresses, and the little black velvet is so typical. if i had to choose the green silk would be my definite answer.you will stand out and green is a very refreshing colour.

it would help with pictures but i will give you my first impression of all the dresses
green silk: sounds very pretty and classic so i would prolly wear that.
sparkly purple: are you 5? that seems very childish
black velvet: sound very formal and kind of boring. but if you add some colorful accessories it might work

well i love green so i would probably where the green one but i like pirple too but dont where the blcke velvet !!!

kinda depends on where you are going. and how dressy or not dressy your dresses are. basic black though is totally appropriate for most occasions.
