I got a book at Wal-Mart in the crafts section that has a ton of them, as well as very easy instructions on how to make them.

my daughter used to make these when she was small and sell them to her friends for ten pence or so. she used to make the patterns up as she went along. if you go to a haberdashery shop they may be able to help you.
