It is your brain. Possibly realizing the realities that it is decrypting. The process is called conscience. It is not quite bavarian, like the beemer, but quantum. A physical process.

Why do people try and mix physics with physiology?
Conscience is a culmination of genes, parental influence and societal influence, along with various external input along the way.
It really has NOTHING to do with physics....nothing whatsoever.

Do you have something against the concept of consciousness emerging from laws of physics and chemistry?
Its so ingrained... this idea that we're little drivers sitting in our heads - thats the foundation of movies like vice versa, of all religions and other superstition - you're not in your brain - you ARE you brain. You are consciousness attached to your body - mind over matter? You bet - because your mind is formed from matter and is attached to matter - your own body.
That's miracle enough.
