Sure they do, up to the moment when the cold saps their strength, their muscles cramp and they fall over from hyperthermia

yes. it would give them more motivation to run (either to take shelter somewhere or just go home) and they'll have less weight on them since they have no clothes..

no but you would burn more calories because your body is working harder to keep you warm
